The Challenge is simple, hike 1,000 miles in the outdoors this year. That is less than 3 miles a day, a little less than 20 miles a week!
The average persons hiking speed is 3 miles per hour. Eather hike an hour a day or go on a few long hikes two or three times a week, it doesn't matter how you get there it is all about the journey. Do you have what it takes?
Why? Your health in both mind and body! Cheaper than a gym membership and so much more rewarding! Go out and see the world one trail at a time.
